SOURDOUGH

Our breads ferment naturally, no yeast is used, allowing them to take on the traditional characteristics and flavours of a typical sourdough bread. 

There is nothing better than a slice of sourdough bread lathered with butter! 

Our flavours are classic white and wholemeal, or adventurous soy & linseed,

olive & rosemary and 7 grain rye.
